Dominus Estate was established in Napa Valley
by renowned French winemaker Christian Moueix,
owner of the legendary Château Petrus in Bordeaux.
Made solely from grapes grown on the historic
Napanook Vineyard, the 1989 Dominus is a blend
of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot.
Currently at its peak drinking age, this elegant wine
showcases an expressive nose of sweet, fragrant
scents of blackberries and spicy oak. On the
palate, layers of cassis, plum and spicy oak flavors
are accented by subtle notes of vanillin. Soft, toasty
tannins melt into a smooth, rich, lingering finish.
