Indulge in this Interactive Culinary Luncheon event prepared by these acclaimed Chefs from Italy:
- Chef Marco Stabiles
A native of Pontedera, Italy, Chef Stabile is the resident head chef and co-owner of Ora d'Aria. His claim to fame came when he served as the de-facto right arm to chef/owner Gaetano Trovato, at Arnolfo in Colle Val d'Elsa. Stabile is the visiting teacher at some of Italy's most renowned schools and an active member of the prestigious "les Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe."
- Chef Fabrizio Innocenti
Executive Chef of The Grand Hotel Florence in Italy since 1993, Fabrizio fuses contemporary European cuisine with the bounty of fresh local produce, that only Tuscany can offer. By combining different cooking methods, which techniques unique to Italian Cuisine, Chef Innocenti enjoys the freedom of creating new dishes and surprising the palate.
- Chef Stefano Frassineti
Stefano Frassineti, from ever paladin of the Florentine kitchen, has his roots in the family tradition with a strong sense of technical innovation. His cuisine is prepared and presented from the soul, without spectacular effects. The menu reflects the love of Stefano for his region, its people, its products, an ideal travel among the Tuscan parfumes and flavors.
