CELLAR CLUB AT THE BILTMORE
RELOCATES TO LOWER LOBBY AT BILTMORE
With more than 100 Wines-by-the-glass

Coral Gables, FL-(June 24, 2004) - Since its inception in 1995, The Cellar Club at the Biltmore-- South Florida's premier private wine society-- has occupied a small tasting bar on the 7th floor of the hotel. Small, private and tucked out of sight, the Cellar Club soon became the place to be and to be seen. Membership grew as Cellar Club hosted Food and Wine festivals, wine dinners, wine tastings and cooking demonstrations, becoming the hot ticket in South Florida.

With The Cellar Clubs burgeoning membership, however, larger space became a necessity. What better place to showcase the new "100 Wines-by-the-Glass Nitro-System" than the original site of the Corkscrew Bar, conveniently located off the lower lobby and adjacent to the 1200 Courtyard Grill in the Biltmore Hotel. This is now home to the famed Cellar Club and its members.

While open to non-members for select events, the Cellar Club offers its members special pricing values on the Club's wine menus, events and a variety of other hotel amenities. The new Cellar Club is private to members, and its 100 Wines-by-the-Glass wine bar features the largest selection of fine wines in all of Miami and Coral Gables. The Nitro-System guarantees the taste & longevity of the wine once a bottle has been opened and poured. While the Cellar Club is private to members the new "100 Wines-by-the-Glass" program is available in the Biltmore Bar and the award-winning Palme d'Or restaurant, as well as the Fontana.
