Biltmore’s grand Country Club Ballroom is the stage for a spectacular gathering of Italy’s most prestigious wines and their principals at a royal table dinner by native Italian Chef Mario Camia of Biltmore’s Fontana. Champagne Henri Abelé Reception and Luz Marina Ramirez Art Exhibit

Colombian native Luz Marina Ramirez, an attorney, began to develop her passion for art after enrolling at the Art Institute of Miami, followed by studies at the Museo de Grabado Español Contemporaneo in Marbella, Spain. Her vibrant artwork has been showcased in exhibitions in Florida and Spain. Meet and greet the artist while sipping Champagne Henri Abelé, the third oldest Champagne producer in France, since 1757. In 1999, Ruiz joined the Biltmore as Chef de Cuisine at Palme d’Or, earning Zagat’s “Best French Restaurant in Southeast USA,” Miami Herald’s four-star rating and was honored by the French government’s title of Chevalier de l’Ordre Du Mérite Agricole.
