INGREDIENTS
Arroz con Leche
3 cups water
1 orange peel
1 cup rice
8 oz. sweet
condensed milk
12 oz. evaporated milk
Cinnamon
Crème Anglaise
5 egg yolks
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup sugar
dash of cinnamon

To make the crème anglaise, scale the milk with the heavy
cream and the cinammon mix. Egg the yolks with the sugar, and pour
the milk and crème anglaise mix into the eggs. Cook until
it coats the back of a wooden spoon. Chill.
In the center of a plate place a portion of the arroz con leche,
and pour the crème anglaise around it. Garnish with orange
segments and brandied cherries.
